Below are some
of the most commonly asked questions regarding wedding
receptions and event planning? If you have any additional
questions, please feel free to call and talk with one of our
consultants.
How
long has your company been in business?
NSE has been in business since 1997 and continues to
entertain thousands of people each and every year.
Do you carry back-up equipment?
Yes, we carry on-site back-up equipment for that “just
in-case” moment. In the unlikely event of an emergency,
having reliable back-up equipment is a definite must. We
couldn’t imagine doing any event without giving you the
comfort in knowing that no matter what it will be a success.
If there is a song that you do not have, will you be
willing to get it for me?
Absolutely! Even though our music collection contains over
12,000 titles, if there is a specific song that you need and
we don’t have it, we will surely get it for you.
Can we choose our own music?
Yes, we encourage you to pick some of your favorite songs,
usually around 15-20 titles that we will definitely mix in
for you throughout the night. The remaining songs played are
determined by requests from your guests and what your DJ
feels will keep everyone on the dance floor.
How will you handle requests from our guests?
We do our absolute best to accommodate each and every
request. However, sometimes we come across inappropriate
requests and use our discretion accordingly. Our goal is “we
aim to please” so sometimes suggesting a similar song seems
to keep everyone happy.
How do I secure NSE for my event?
We require a $250.00 deposit and a signed contract. If you
know exactly which service you would like for your event
this can be handled over the phone, by fax or by mail.
What is the proper attire for your employees?
Generally our entertainers wear tuxedos but if your event
calls for something more casual we can dress accordingly.
Will I be charged any hidden fees?
Absolutely not! All prices quoted are final and stated in
your contract.
What is your policy on tipping?
We feel that tipping should be based on your satisfaction
with the services provided. We do not require a tip but
should you feel a tip is deserved; the industry standard is
10 - 15% of the total price. |
